Marie-Gael joined SI2 Fund in June 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, Acquisition Finance and Corporate Banking in NY, London and Brussels at JP Morgan and ING Bank as Director. She has worked in various sectors including the financial, industrial, fast moving consumer goods, technology, media, telecom, services, real estate and the Belgian family holdings sector. Over those years, she has lead numerous transactions
in Western Europe. She also brings a strong experience in defining and successfully implementing the external growth strategy of our portfolio companies and in establishing home M&A best practices. She believes in impact investing as an efficient way to make a difference by creating long lasting societal value combining her professional experience and human affinities. Marie-Gael holds a Master in Business Engineering (UCL) and a
CEMS MBA from LSE. She is a Board member of the Children Museum of Brussels and she has done volunteer work in Brazil for 1 year and a half.
